The Program

What is the EB-5 program?

Created by Congress in 1990, EB-5 grants lawful U.S. permanent residency to foreign nationals who invest in a new commercial enterprise that creates American jobs — administered by USCIS.

$800,000 Investment

Invested in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project such as Heartland Phase 10D.

10 Jobs per Investor

Each investment must create or preserve at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs.

Green Cards for Family

Permanent residency for the investor, spouse and unmarried children under 21.

Regional Center Model

Indirect and induced jobs count, measured by an accepted methodology (RIMS II).

The Projects

Heartland 10D & Lotus Creek Estates

Investor capital is deployed across two Sixth Element single-family communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Heartland Phase 10D is a 31-lot Kaufman County community built under the Sterling series.
